Refund policy

Goods sold are non-refundable, we do not offer Cash refunds.

Exchange 
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-exchangeable items:

- Gift sets
- Health and personal care items

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is exchanged more than 15 days after delivery
- Items purchased at full price will be exchanged at the prevailing current prices

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Shipping

The order will be confirmed after you get a confirmation call from our Online department.

To return your product send it to Shop no.6,Amber Arcade main Tariq road Karachi, Pakistan.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Charges to ship the product again will be borne by the customer itself.
